For industrial equipment, producing the welded structure is often only one part of the manufacturing requirement. Critical mounting faces, bearing locations, bore positions, alignment points and assembly interfaces may still require precision machining before the component is ready for installation.
When fabrication and machining are handled by unrelated suppliers, every transfer creates another technical handover. Datum references can be misunderstood, machining allowance may not be planned correctly, and responsibility becomes less clear if a fabricated structure no longer matches the required assembly position.
We therefore review fabrication and machining as one manufacturing route whenever the drawing requires both. Depending on the design, a feature may need to be machined before welding, after welding, or during more than one production stage to achieve the specified final geometry.
We base our capabilities on work we actually manufacture rather than on an invented customer story. Our completed-work portfolio includes precision parts and components, industrial rollers, large-part machining, long shafts, and welding and repair requirements.
When a project includes both welded construction and precision-machined interfaces, we first review the complete drawing and identify which features control the final fit. This allows us to consider weld sequence, machining allowance, datum strategy, workholding and the stage at which final machining should take place.
For example, mounting surfaces, bores or mating faces that must remain accurate in the finished assembly may be planned for machining after the main fabrication or welding operations. The actual manufacturing sequence is determined from the component drawing rather than by applying one standard route to every project.
We only publish customer-specific results, lead-time improvements, rework figures, company names or testimonials when the information is documented and approved for publication.
